ingredients
1 cup rolled oats. (what you use in porridge)
1/2 cup of milk.
1tsp of baking soda.
1tsp cinnamon
1egg
method.
mix all the ingredients up well in a bowl. (or you could blend them)
grease a medium sized pan with butter or oil.
spoon your mixture into the pan, leave it to cook for about a minute & then flip them over.
once finished, top with maple syrup & all your favourite toppings. SO EASY!!!
